350 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Rules
Updated: 1 January 2026
Please read this document carefully before using the 350 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out herein.
Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, browsing, or registering an account on the 350 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all the terms and conditions in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
Use of the 350 platform is restricted to individuals who:
- Are at least 18 years of age, or have reached the age of majority as defined by the laws of their state or territory of residence, whichever is higher;
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law;
- Not prohibited by any law, regulation, or internal policy from using online betting services;
- Using the platform solely for personal entertainment and not on behalf of any third party.
350 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure compliance with these eligibility requirements. False information submitted during registration or verification may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice.
Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
Registration and account information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 350 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different personal details or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and any remaining balances forfeited.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes your full name, phone number, date of birth, and financial details used for deposits and withdrawals. Inaccurate information may delay or prevent the processing of your financial transactions.
Password and account security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 350 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to our support team.
You must notify 350 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 350 reserves the right to take whatever action it deems necessary to protect the security of your account, including temporarily suspending access while an investigation is carried out.
Payments, Transactions, and Currency
All transactions on the 350 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We do not accept foreign currencies directly and are not responsible for any currency conversion fees that may be charged by third-party financial institutions.
Available payment methods include DuitNow, online bank transfers, and local e-wallets. DuitNow deposits are typically credited to your account within moments, while other methods may take longer depending on processing times at the respective financial institution.
For withdrawals, requests will be processed in accordance with 350's current policy. Users are required to meet the following conditions before a withdrawal is approved:
- The account has completed the full identity verification process;
- All rollover requirements tied to any bonus or promotion have been fully met;
- No fraud investigation or account misuse inquiry is currently in progress;
- The chosen withdrawal method is consistent with a previously used deposit method.
350 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal exceeding the set limits. All transactions suspected of involving illegal activity or fraud will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Platform Usage Rules and Limitation of Liability

Use of the 350 platform is subject to the following prohibitions. Violating any of these may result in immediate account suspension or closure:

- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity;

350's limitation of liability
The 350 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding continuity of service, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. 350 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from technical disruptions, server failures, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond our control.
In no event shall 350's total liability to any user exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim. 350 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses.
Account Policy, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links
Account suspension and closure
350 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the user's own request. Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited upon conclusion of the investigation. Users whose accounts are closed for legitimate reasons are entitled to withdraw any outstanding balance in accordance with the prescribed procedure, subject to the resolution of any related issues.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 350 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 350 or our licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 350.
Third-party links and services
The 350 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for your convenience. 350 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites and is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of their services. You are advised to read the terms and conditions and privacy policy of any third-party website you visit.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
350 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Your continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 350 platform shall first be resolved through voluntary discussion. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to an appropriate arbitration process or tribunal in accordance with applicable law.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to law by any court or competent tribunal, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect. 350's failure to enforce any right under these terms at any time shall not be construed as a waiver of that right.
For any enquiries regarding these terms and conditions, please contact the 350 support team via live chat on the platform or by email at [email protected]. You may also refer to the FAQ for additional information on platform usage.
